A very comprehensive workbook
You will receive homework (writing or doing tasks) to explore and put into practice what we've discussed during the 1:1 sessions. This helps you gain insight into your blockages and track your progress.
Extra somatic exercises.
These exercises, where you transform your blockages not only with your subconscious mind but also at a physical level, will accelerate and support your process.
This investment in your life happiness is not covered by insurance. However, since the transformation will be noticeable both in your personal life and at work, you can ask your employer for a contribution.
A lot will depend on your own will and drive to change. But the women who have gone before you and invested the work in themselves all experience the changes I’ve described above.
As described above, the result will depend on your own effort. You will really have to do the assignments. Change is a verb, and without investing the time and energy, not much will likely change. I don’t have magical fairy dust.
We will work step by step towards your goals. In my opinion, this is the only way to achieve lasting changes. And if at any point you decide this is enough change, that’s the cue. Ultimately, this process will change the aspects of your life that are important to you, as you wish. You lead the process, and I will provide you with the tools.
No, I am 100% here for you alone.
In good consultation, we can reschedule once or twice. But not every time, as I do ask for your 150% commitment.
Yes, absolutely. If there’s one thing COVID has taught us, it’s that working in an online environment works just as well as in person. In some cases, even better, because you can work from the comfort of your own space.
If, after the first time, you still have second thoughts and think this really isn’t for you, we will stop the process, and I will refund you the full amount. This process will only work if we trust each other.
Email me, and we’ll set up a no-obligation 30-minute Zoom call. This way, we can both see if we’re a match.
